Service Description

If you are an existing student with an active lesson package, or have taken your intake appointment, need to reschedule a cancelled appointment, or need to pick times for recurring lessons, book here. You will be provided a “secret code” in your Visit Summary which you will be asked to provide on the next page in order to complete your booking. IMPORTANT: If you have not taken an intake evaluation, or have not prepaid for lessons, your booking request will be rejected. If you need to prepay for lessons, please visit the Shop page and purchase a single lesson, or a lesson package. Please note: Some lessons may not be available for in-person meetings. When you book, your trainer will confirm whether it is in-person or on Zoom prior to the lesson. Your preferences, the purpose of the visit, and your trainer's availability will all be considered when determining the visit format. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking your time slot. Aggressive Dog Evaluation: This appointment type is designed to evaluate an aggressive dog in response to a recent bite, or as part of a dog bite investigation. These are 90 minute appointments, with the possibility of extending the time as needed to cover all relevant information at no additional cost. Please do not book one without first talking to a member of our training team for accurate availability.
